Ordering at Lupita
- Create an account: recommended for tracking orders and speeding up future purchases. Guest checkout is also available.
- Product availability: all in-stock jewelry ships from France.
- Checkout: please review quantities, variations (such as size), and delivery address before payment.
- Order confirmation: you’ll receive an email once your order is confirmed.
Shipping & Tracking
- Dispatch time: within 48 business hours for in-stock items.
- Estimated delivery: France 2–3 days / Europe 5–7 business days.
- Tracking: a tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
- Delayed or lost parcels: contact us to start an investigation and receive updates.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days to change your mind (extended by Lupita). Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- How to request a return: email us at contact@lupita-bijoux.com with your order number.
- Refund or exchange: your choice after product inspection.
- Non-returnable items: used, damaged, or worn products.

Jewelry Care
- Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, household cleaners, and chlorine.
- Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising; dry thoroughly if exposed to water.
- Store pieces separately in a box or pouch to prevent scratches.
- Clean with a soft, dry cloth to restore shine.
Payment & Security
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfers. Transactions are secured with SSL encryption and 3-D Secure authentication. PayPal options include installment payments when eligible. See Secure Payment for details.
Account & Orders
- Order tracking: available in your account under “Order History and Details.”
- Change address or phone: possible before shipment—contact us promptly.
- Invoices: downloadable from your account after shipping.
Promo Codes & Offers
- Enter codes at checkout before payment.
- One code per order unless stated otherwise.
- If a code doesn’t work, check its validity dates and conditions (category, minimum spend).
Gift Wrapping & Messages
- Gift wrapping and personalized messages are available upon request when offered on the product page or at checkout.
