For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned:

• Opened or worn earrings
• Personalized items
• Used, incomplete, or damaged products

Returns are accepted only if the jewelry:

• is unused and unworn,
• is returned in its original packaging,
• includes all accessories (pouches, cards, protective covers),
• shows no signs of wear.
